secured location, public transport access, clean facilities
Noise from adjacent rooms is unbearable!!! The inconsistent hot water is frustrating, especially during showers. Plus, the lack of a kettle in the room is inconvenient!!! Steer clear of the service if you need help with bags!!!

The staff was very nice and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the room was super clean. I liked the convenient tram access to the city center. Pasing is a cool area with great places to eat nearby. It was a solid value for the price 🌟

Very friendly staff. Breakfast very good. Price/performance very good. Optimal location, very good connection to public transport
The rooms facing the main street are not recommended, as sleeping with the window tilted is only possible with earplugs due to the street noise!

The friendly and helpful people who worked there. The great location to the train station and tram;. well, and the proximity to the relatives we visited.
The booked rooms were very cramped, especially the wet cells ! The indoor climate was in accordance with the building standard from the 70s (lack of thermal insulation). now slightly uncomfortable in the cold season.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was pleasant and fairly clean, with handy and incredibly comfortable location near bus stop. The breakfast was fantastic and with local beers, the staff was genuinely helpful.

Aye, we stayed for one night and it was dope! The tram was right outside, took us everywhere we needed. Breakfast was fire, full of options. The staff was chill-let us check in early with no hassle. Only thing was, the room coulda used some AC, but it was mad clean and comfy. Solid spot!

Breakfast great, staff very friendly, location good, room clean and good, unfortunately very thin walls (unfortunately we had to hear our "neighbors" until 2 a.m., because they talked for so long.
Very thin walls (no insulation)

Imperial offers clean facilities and excellent tram access for exploring the city. The wireless internet was reliable, and the breakfast served a good variety. The location is convenient for both business and leisure trips, with shopping areas easily reachable on foot. I appreciated the comfortable room and the smooth check-in process.
The noise from adjacent rooms was somewhat distracting.

Good breakfast buffet with diversified choice of food. Room is clean. Recommended to single traveller, but not couples/family.
Our room is on ground floor. The room and toilet are small and tiny, not even enough to walk when you have bulky luggage inside the room. No water heater provided. At least 20-min by tram from city centre, plus around 10 mins waiting time at the station.

Family with children Suitable for budget-conscious
The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was surprisingly good with a solid mix of options. I found the tram stop right outside super convenient for exploring, we even enjoyed some great pastries from a bakery nearby!
It wasn't exactly cheap but still decent for what we got.

I liked this hotel, staff were friendly, room was clean (small, but I didnt expect more for this money), excellent breakfast. You can reach city center in 25-30 minutes (tram nearby or 10 min walk to S-bahn station). Hotel has own garage, and there were some free parking places on the back street (not a lot though).
Uncomfortable bathroom, some noise from the street.
